Cheryl Garner - #1 Mortgage Expert

Cheryl Garner has over 10 years of experience assisting California homeowners with real estate financing. Cheryl puts her extensive lending knowledge and expertise to work for each of her clients when she searches for a loan program that best meets their financial situation. With incredible determination to always go the extra mile, she has helped hundreds of her clients realize their dream of home ownership and achieve their financial objectives.

Cheryl remains consistently busy thanks to referrals from clients who recommend her to their friends and family. Cheryl is proud that much of her business today comes from relationships that began in 1998.  I'm still helping families that I assisted 12 years ago because they see me as a trusted advisor and friend, not just their mortgage broker.

A native of Redondo Beach, California. Cheryl received her B.S. degree from California State University, Long Beach and a Management Certificate from The University of Southern California; both with top honors.

In 2004, Cheryl and her husband, Robert made the decision to move to Valencia to be near their twin sons, Robert and Ron and their families.  You'll often hear Cheryl talk about how proud she is of her sons - Robert is the owner of Bulletproof Showerpans and Ron is the owner of Santa Clarita Choppers.

Recently, Cheryl was voted #1 Mortgage Expert and #1 Lender by Santa Clarita Living Magazine. 

Cheryl stays active with The Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce, community events, and family.
